Manager, DevOps & Cloud Platform

We are seeking a Manager, DevOps / Cloud Platform to lead a team responsible for CI/CD, Internal Developer Portal (IDP), and cloud infrastructure automation in Azure and AWS. This role combines technical depth with people leadership and drives platform reliability, observability, developer experience, and DevOps maturity across the organization., * Lead and mentor DevOps / Cloud Engineers; manage performance and development plans.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
• Oversee CI/CD standardization for Java, .Net, and Node.js workloads.
• Drive Internal Developer Portal adoption and golden path enablement.
• Guide Terraform and Infrastructure as Code standards and guardrails.
• Embed DevSecOps best practices into pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Lead Proof-of-Concept initiatives for new tools and automation improvements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide career guidance, performance feedback, and coaching to team members.
• Promote inclusion, trust, and engagement across distributed teams.

• Partner with internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Align platform capabilities with client needs to maximize business impact.

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Harness, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure expertise from architecture to operations.
• Extensive Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
• Advanced knowledge of public cloud architecture and operations (Azure and AWS).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, NodeJS, Python, unix shell.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and service mesh technologies.
• Strong collaboration, transparency, and stakeholder management skills.

Certificates and Licenses:

• AWS and/or Azure certifications (Professional-level preferred).
