Job description

This role is focused on end-to-end software integration across complex environments, including aircraft systems, simulators, and lab-based platforms. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while driving automation, CI/CD reliability, and system integration. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving multidisciplinary engineering challenges and working across hardware-software ecosystems., * Develop, integrate, debug, and support software across multi-platform environments

  • Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient build systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across software, hardware, and simulation layers
  • Build and enhance virtual development labs and aircraft software workflows
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using modern tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, scientists, and stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint reviews, and demos
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and software deployment pipelines
  • Work across simulation systems, real-time environments, and physical hardware integrations
  • Contribute to improving integration processes and system-level performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of C++ programming experience
  • 3+ years of Python programming experience
  • 1-2 years of experience developing software on Linux (e.g., RedHat, SUSE)
  • Experience with software integration and multi-system environments
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging techniques

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
  • Experience with simulation environments or Digital Twin systems
  • Exposure to real-time software development and integration
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems such as sensors, navigation, datalinks, or mission systems
  • Familiarity with Open Mission Systems (OMS)
  • Experience working on hardware-software integration
  • Prior experience leading or contributing to complex software projects
