Requirements

The IT Support Technician provides frontline technical assistance across cabling, hardware, and end-user support. You'll install and maintain Cat5/Cat6 cabling, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is suited for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are eager to grow their technical skillset., * Cat5/Cat6 Cabling - installation, termination, testing

  • Excel proficiency - documentation, tracking, inventory
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+
  • Experience supporting end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical issues using established SOPs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fairless Hills, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
