This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, strong autonomy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The role is primarily focused on phone and software support, with no hardware repair or deployment responsibilities., Deliver exceptional customer service and support via phone and other communication channels.

Must be able to pass a drug (non-THC) and 7 year lived background check. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card/Permanent Resident per end clients' contractual agreement.
