Job description

We are seeking a Support Technician to perform audio/visual (AV) asset inventory and auditing. This role involves coordinating with department liaisons to schedule site visits and requires daily driving to various locations to perform inventory and data collection of AV asset details. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, on-site., * Perform AV asset inventory and auditing.

  • Coordinate with department liaisons to schedule site visits for AV asset inventory.
  • Drive daily to various locations (over 200) to perform inventory and data collection.
  • Use ticketing systems for documenting and completing work.
  • Utilize digital devices to record basic inputs on software and applications.

Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience: A minimum of one year of responsible computer-related experience is necessary.

Skills:

  • Basic understanding of computer systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and mobile devices/tablets.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Room Kits and other Audio/Video technologies (Crestron, Extron, BIAMP, Q-SYS).
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • The selected candidate must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check for CJIS.
