Job description

We are hiring a junior IT Support and Asset Management Specialist to support hardware logistics, shipping and receiving, equipment setup, and help desk operations. This role will troubleshoot Windows devices, assist with user accounts and remote access, manage equipment inventory, prepare and ship hardware, document ticket resolutions, and support tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and multifactor authentication.

Requirements

  • Positive and proactive communication; customer-centric mindset.
  • Professional exposure to Windows 10/11.
  • Professional exposure to Microsoft Entra/Intune and Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration and applications.
  • General hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and providing remote desktop support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multifactor authentication (MFA) and authentication support.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with equipment shipping/receiving, imaging, deployment, inventory, or IT asset management.
  • Jira experience.
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Excel experience using formulas and supporting data analysis.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, RD Web Access, Windows App, Remote Desktop Client, Remote Help, or Nerdio.
  • Experience with RSA Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Exchange Admin Center, Company Portal, asset tracking, or patch management.
  • Healthcare user-support experience.
