Job description
Aurex is seeking a Senior Program Integrator to drive alignment, execution, and delivery across complex National Security Space programs. This role operates at the center of program execution, integrating acquisition strategy, stakeholder priorities, and technical delivery into a cohesive and executable path forward. You will work across government and contractor teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance remain aligned with mission objectives. This role requires a leader who can operate across organizational boundaries, manage competing priorities, and bring clarity to complex, high-visibility efforts. In this role, you will coordinate program activities across stakeholders including operations teams. You will support acquisition planning and execution through key milestones and decision events, ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition frameworks and program objectives. You will manage and monitor cost, schedule, and technical baselines, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain program performance. You will support full program lifecycle activities, including development, execution, and sustainment, while driving integration across cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution. You will maintain clear, concise communication across stakeholders at all levels and contribute to disciplined program execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems, lifecycle planning, program management, leadership, and business operations
- 5+ years of experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships including operations, PEO, SAE, and D.C. staff
- Experience as Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Space Force Program Element Monitor (PEM) at the Pentagon:
- Coordinating functional concerns across Service Department Staffs for all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
- Ensuring programs are properly funded, aligned with strategic goals, and compliant with Department of War financial regulations
- Bridging the gap between operational requirements, budgetary constraints, and strategic planning to ensure effective execution of programs
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical program baselines
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition milestones and decision events
- Experience with project and program execution, including lifecycle sustainment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
- Experience with SATCOM and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications stakeholders and mission areas
- Experience with Space Force systems and organizations
- Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Middle Tier and Software Acquisition Pathways
- Ability to contribute to cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teaming and leadership skills
- Master's degree
- Active Top Secret clearance
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is $195,000 - $225,000 per year.
