SAP Solution Architect O2C & P2P

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, business process transformation, design workshops, and integration efforts across SAP functional areas., Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for O2C and P2P processes. Define solution blueprints, architecture designs, integration strategies, and RICEFW approaches. Conduct design workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution validation, and provide architectural governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical teams, and system integrators.

Integration & Delivery Ensure integration across SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, MDG, EWM, Ariba, BTP, and external applications. Support enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Lead onsite/offshore teams and mentor junior consultants.

12+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in O2C and P2P processes. Minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield). Strong functional expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FI/CO integration, and SAP Business Partner. Experience with procurement, supplier management, sales order management, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications. Knowledge of SAP BTP, APIs, CDS Views, and integration technologies. Strong understanding of SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate methodology. Experience driving business transformation and process harmonization. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills., Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Experience managing global SAP teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence architecture decisions and governance at leadership levels.
