Design, develop, and support Workday EIB integrations for data extraction and loading.
Build and maintain integrations using all Workday-supported integration frameworks (e.g., Workday Studio, Web Services, Core Connectors).
Implement and troubleshoot ADP Data Bridge integrations and process data synchronization between Workday and ADP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and design scalable solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security across interface points and monitor integration performance.
Participate in testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities related to Workday integrations.
Provide technical support and documentation for integration solutions.

7+ years of Workday Integration experience including hands-on EIB development and maintenance.
Expertise with all Workday integration types including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Cloud Connectors.
Proven experience implementing and supporting ADP Data Bridge integration.
Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and JSON as used in Workday integrations.
Workday Integration certification is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT, and vendor teams.
