Job description

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to lead the design, development, customization, integration, and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions., * Gather business requirements and perform gap-fit analysis

  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Develop plug-ins, workflows, business process flows, and custom integrations
  • Build integrations with enterprise applications and cloud/on-prem systems
  • Lead data migration activities
  • Develop and maintain CRM reports
  • Ensure security, performance, and deployment best practices
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, entities, workflows, and business process flows
  • Expertise in Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web Resources, and CRM Web API
  • Strong development experience with .NET, C#, WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server
  • Experience with JavaScript, REST/OData APIs, and CRM integrations
  • Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP systems, SharePoint, Office 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications
  • Experience with data migration using SSIS, Scribe, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of CRM Security Model and role-based security
  • Experience developing OOB and SSRS reports
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NServiceBus or similar messaging frameworks
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM 2013/2015
  • Functional knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
