Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead strategic Salesforce CRM initiatives for a leading Financial Services organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to define product strategy, prioritize business requirements, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance advisor, client, and operational experiences., * Serve as the Product Owner for Salesforce initiatives supporting Financial Services business operations.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Partner with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA teams, and Business Analysts throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and productdemonstrations.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.

  • Plan and support production releases and deployment activities.

  • Ensure Salesforce enhancements improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Communicate product roadmap, project status, risks, and priorities to executive leadership.

  • Drive continuous product improvement through stakeholder feedback and performance analysis.

Requirements

This role requires recent experience as a Salesforce Product Owner within the Financial Services domain and a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and thrive in Agile environments., * 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.

  • 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.

  • Recent experience serving as a Salesforce Product Owner in a Financial Services organization.

  • Strong understanding of Financial Services processes, including one or more of the following
