• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 7-12 years of experience in incentive compensation or commission program management.
• Hands-on experience with incentive compensation management platforms.
• Proven experience leading system implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
