Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and data integration processes.
2. Analyze test results, identify defects, document findings, and collaborate with development teams to support issue resolution.
3. Develop and maintain automation frameworks while integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
4. Create test documentation, improve testing processes, and support continuous quality assurance initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

10+ years of experience in software test automation, quality assurance, API testing, and enterprise application testing.

Technical Skills

Selenium, Test Automation, API Testing, ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, CI/CD, Test Frameworks, Defect Management

Business / Domain Skills

Quality Assurance, Software Testing, SDLC, Agile Methodology, Test Planning, Continuous Improvement

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise application, API, and data integration testing.
2. Knowledge of test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality best practices.
