Job description

  • Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects
  • Assigned projects may be general product delivery, partner integration, or systems related in nature
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers to capture requirements, define solution delivery and manage technical discussions
  • Responsible for ensuring a successful integration with Elavon products and/or systems, Perform and monitor large-scale ACH and Check settlement accounting and balancing across 12 Federal Reserve Districts. Reconcile discrepancies, create settlement entries, close TPUs, process returns, support production and test environments, and provide advanced operational support and project leadership. Ensure timely, accurate reporting and customer service while participating in testing, escalation, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • API Integration - HTML, PHP, JSON/REST, XML, JAVASCRIPT
  • API Test scripting - POSTMAN
  • Solid understanding of basic networking components (DHCP vs Static IP, Routing to specific ports, etc.)
  • Demonstrated initiative in self-teaching to learn new API's/languages/methods/etc
  • iOS and/or Android development experience preferred
  • iOS/XCODE integration experience preferred
  • Visual Studio/Objective-C C# programming experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area (payments)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to listen actively, define and document solution design details
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
