Job description
- Receive incoming materials and verify all shipments against bills of lading and receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect all incoming materials for correctness, damage, and conformity with documentation before acceptance.
- Supply production lines by communicating with production staff to determine required materials and retrieving them in a timely manner.
- Operate a small parts moving robot to transport boxes of materials to various departments throughout the facility.
- Use RF scan guns and computer systems to accurately track inventory, shipments, and receipts.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels for domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and carrier requirements.
- Package, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring items are securely packed and properly labeled.
- Perform shipping and receiving functions including loading and unloading materials, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and other tools, to move materials safely and efficiently., Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, for all positions located in the city and county of San Francisco, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Requirements
RF Scan Guns Communication Finished Good Bill Of Lading Production Line Health Advocacy Microsoft Office Computer Systems Computer Literacy Shipping Documents Loading And Unloading Packaging And Labeling Shipping And Receiving Artificial Intelligence, * Previous experience in warehouse shipping and receiving operations.
- Hands-on receiving experience, including verifying shipments against bills of lading.
- Strong inventory knowledge and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Proficiency with RF scan guns and basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications for basic documentation and communication.
- Ability to prepare shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.
- Experience with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished goods for shipment.
- Material handling experience, including operating forklifts and related equipment.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during a shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP systems is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with UPS or similar shipping platforms for processing shipments.
- Comfort working on the warehouse floor and in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory and shipping tasks.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
