Job description

  • Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
  • Train team members on system functionalities.
  • Trouble-shoot system-related issues.
  • Lead day-to-day testing prioritization aligned with IT updates
  • Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system.
  • Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team.
  • Monitor JIRA for priority and at-risk testing.
  • Assign and rebalance work across the team.
  • Ensure clear understanding of testing scope and requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the team and management.
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate with context.
  • Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' advanced SAP experience.
  • Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Flexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse as needed.
  • The ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
