Organize and schedule meetings with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and define problem statements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify corrective actions and recommend data-driven solutions to business issues.

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business problems and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

Prepare, present, and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and enhance ad-hoc reports, standard reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Identify root causes of business issues and create supporting data analyses to validate findings and recommendations.

Design, develop, and manage databases, data models, and SQL Server solutions to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Build and maintain statistical models to generate insights from historical business data and performance trends.

Analyze product, sales, and operational data to identify high-performing products and business growth opportunities.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical outputs.

Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, SAS, Cognos, or similar platforms to create visualizations and dashboards.

Create professional reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: DataStage, SQL, Python, Snowflake, DBT Roles & Responsibilities
- 1-3 years of experience in ETL/ELT and Data Warehousing principles utilizing Datastage and/or python and snowflake and dbt
