Lead Product Manager, Legal and Insurance

We're seeking a visionary leader to join us as Lead Product Manager, Legal and Insurance. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product vision and roadmap for our cutting-edge AI workflow platform. You will lead the product from concept to delivery, driving customer-centric prioritization, outstanding UI/UX, and rapid iteration. Working at the crossroads of business, technology, and user experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our legal and insurance technology platform, leveraging your deep expertise in product development and market strategy., Product vision & roadmap

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap: define, communicate, and deliver the product vision in alignment with company goals.
• Lead development of core product offerings from concept through launch and ongoing iteration., * Champion world-class UI/UX: lead cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and ship intuitive, delightful user experiences.
• Drive growth: improve acquisition, retention, and engagement through structured experimentation.
• Foster a culture of rapid iteration using user feedback, analytics, and market insights.

Execution & cross-functional leadership

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to set priorities and ensure successful launches.
• Establish scalable product processes and frameworks for ideation, prioritization, execution, and post-launch analysis.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate product success.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape; proactively identify new opportunities and innovations.

• 5+ Years of proven product-leadership experience - setting product vision and strategy, building roadmaps, and executing with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated use of customer and market inputs (user research, win/loss, churn, competitive analysis) to drive roadmap and prioritization decisions.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, with strong customer empathy and a user-centric mindset.
• Experience with user research, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Analytical thinker, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing product or design teams - or readiness to build and lead one as an early product hire.
• Solid understanding of the legal and insurance market, including its trends and technology needs.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning and their application to business and product challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming experience and familiarity with product development lifecycles and technical concepts.
