Job description
Acutec Precision Aerospace is looking for a Systems Security Analyst to help secure, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure and information systems. This position will play a key role in protecting company data, supporting cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing security controls across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify risks, improve system security, and support business growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Networking, Systems Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC, cybersecurity compliance, and security assessments.
- Experience with vulnerability management and patching tools such as Tenable, Rapid7, SCCM, or PDQ.
- Knowledge of enterprise security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPN, MFA, encryption, web filtering, and SAML.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and maintain security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Experience gathering requirements, working with vendors, and supporting system implementations.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24/7 operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Manufacturing IT experience preferred.
- Experience with Citrix/RDS environments preferred.
- Linux experience preferred.
- Scripting or programming experience preferred.
