- Perform hardware maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure peak performance.
- Assist with system administration tasks including Active Directory management, user account setup, permissions management, and password resets.
- Support operating systems such as Windows, macOS, by troubleshooting issues and implementing updates or patches.
- Conduct hardware support activities including installing new equipment, replacing faulty components, and maintaining inventory records.
- Utilize IT service management tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support roles with a background in desktop support and hardware maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with operating systems including Windows, macOS.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong troubleshooting skills covering hardware issues, software conflicts, network problems, and operating system errors.
