Job description
Collect, clean, and organise customer data from various sources, including sales records, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
Analyse datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations in customer behaviour.
Develop and maintain regular reports and interactive dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Perform customer segmentation to support the development of targeted marketing and sales strategies.
Measure the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical functions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for uncovering insights from data.
