Job description
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in electro-mechanical systems to support the design, development, testing, and validation of complex products. This onsite role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working in a laboratory environment, developing test methods, analyzing data, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams., * Design, develop, and evaluate complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Generate design concepts and participate in engineering design reviews.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test methods and validation plans (TMV).
- Design and build test beds for system verification and validation.
- Perform hands-on testing to evaluate system performance and reliability.
- Analyze digital sensor outputs and interpret test data.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
- Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies to optimize testing and performance.
- Troubleshoot system failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Support manufacturing by identifying process improvements and engineering solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and engineering documentation.
- Track, document, and manage product defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems engineering, test method development, sensor data analysis, and Python-based data analysis. Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated environments is highly preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- Minimum 8 years of Systems Engineering experience.
- Experience working with electro-mechanical devices and complex system integration.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Test Method Validation (TMV)
- Test Method Development
- Design of Experiments (DoE)
- Python programming for engineering data analysis
- Sensor data analysis
- Reliability testing
- Root cause analysis
- Test bed development
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical writing and documentation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the medical device industry.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Experience in an FAA-regulated industry is also a plus.
- Familiarity with product verification, validation, and quality processes
