Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Spreadsheet Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced spreadsheet techniques, data visualization, and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Excel and related analytics software to support sales management, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to data-driven initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across various departments., * Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel workbooks, dashboards, and reports to support sales analytics, forecasting, and business performance tracking.

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and formulas to analyze large datasets efficiently.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Excel and integrate with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Data Visualization Software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for reporting and develop tailored solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Manage data extraction from CRM systems such as Salesforce or Salesforce Cloud, ensuring accuracy for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights through comprehensive reports that facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Support process improvements by automating repetitive tasks using VBA scripting or other automation tools within Excel.
  • Assist in the development of sales management systems and contribute to the enhancement of sales analytics & reporting tools.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, reconciliations, and validation checks across various platforms including SQL databases.
  • Contribute to business analysis initiatives by providing quantitative analysis and supporting project management efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Excel data analysis with a strong command of advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Salesforce Cloud for data extraction and integration.
  • Solid understanding of sales management systems and sales analytics & reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in data interpretation, quantitative analysis, and business intelligence report generation.
  • Knowledge of SQL for database querying and data manipulation is highly desirable.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and present complex insights clearly.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously improve analytical processes.
