Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop, review, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements and functional specifications.
2. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing while documenting, tracking, and validating software defects.
3. Coordinate testing activities with cross-functional teams, manage testing schedules, monitor progress, and support release readiness.
4. Analyze test results, maintain testing documentation and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

2. Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
