• Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
• Develop and implement system solutions
• Identify and remove project impediments
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

Bachelor's Degree DEGREE (Focus) Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, etc. ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit., * Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with systems analysis and design
• Ability to create and manage project documentation
• Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Strong communication and leadership skills

DESIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with systems integration processes
• Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
• Certification in Scrum or agile practices (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools
