Job description

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Copilot Agents.
  • Utilize the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, for automation and backend actions.
  • Apply Generative AI and LLM skills for prompt design, context management, and retrieval-based answers.
  • Integrate agents with internal and external systems using REST APIs and custom connectors.
  • Develop reusable backend capabilities and handle complex workflows using .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Design natural, user-friendly conversational dialogue, handling ambiguity and fallback scenarios.
  • Ensure data grounding governance by connecting agents to enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Adhere to security and compliance standards, including authentication and role-based access.

Requirements

This is a hands-on developer position focused on building Microsoft Copilot Agents to address complex business problems. The role requires strong knowledge in building CoPilot Agents and hands-on coding experience. A background in ML and Deep Learning is beneficial., Core Platform Skills:

  • Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Proficiency in Copilot Studio, including topics, triggers, and Adaptive Cards.

Generative AI LLM Skills:

  • Understanding of LLM-driven agents, prompt engineering, and context management.

Integration and Pro-Code Skills:

  • Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, or Python for building custom skills.
  • Familiarity with YAML or DevOps-style agent authoring is a plus.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in conversational UX design and user journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data grounding, and security compliance.
  • Understanding of workflow orchestration and event-driven automation.
