- 5+ years of OpenShift Administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience with OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF)
- Experience with OpenShift Platform Plus
- Advanced Cluster Management (ACM)
- Advanced Cluster Security (ACS)
- Ceph Administration
- Strong experience with Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Docker / Linux Containers
- Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications & microservices
- Experience migrating legacy applications to OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Strong Linux Administration skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab preferred)
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Networking (Firewalls, Load Balancers, TCP/IP, DNS, SSL)
- Experience supporting enterprise application environments
- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
