Technology Architect

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities., * Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc. AI-Augmented Development:

• GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code
• AI-based coding, refactoring, testing
• Awareness about Agentic and RAG based architecture patterns with Evals

• End-to-end architecture design

• Microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture

• NFRs: scalability, performance, resilience, security Technology Skills:

• AWS/Azure cloud platforms

• Docker, Kubernetes

• Awareness about SPA frameworks like Angular or React or similar, * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
