Job description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in LAN/WAN infrastructure, telecom, and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale network programs, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines., Manage enterprise LAN/WAN and telecom network programs from planning through implementation. Lead network upgrades, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Coordinate with network engineering teams, telecom providers, vendors, and business stakeholders. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reporting. Oversee circuits, routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless networks, and telecom services. Ensure compliance with security, performance, availability, and operational requirements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Manage vendor contracts, escalations, SLAs, and deliverables.

Requirements

8+ years of program or project management experience. Strong experience managing LAN/WAN, telecom, and enterprise networking programs. Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network security. Experience working with telecom carriers and network equipment vendors. Strong communication, leadership, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, California.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PgMP, ITIL, CCNA, or related certification. Experience managing multi-site network deployments or data-center migrations. Familiarity with cloud networking, including AWS or Azure.
