This Project Manager / Delivery Lead position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating routines to support project delivery. The role involves planning delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient individual who can operate with minimal guidance while demonstrating strong accountability., * Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Support Enterprise Change Management Standards.
- Provide program-level status reporting and track key control indicators.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal.
- Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
- Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of project management experience is required. Candidates must have recent software project management experience within the last 3 years, specifically not infrastructure projects. Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business is necessary.
Skills: Applicants should possess strong strategic thinking and execution abilities, superior communication skills, and the capacity to navigate a matrix management model. Additional skills include strong relationship management, organizational abilities, and experience with process and release management. Knowledge of Agile and waterfall software delivery methodologies is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira is required. Experience with ALM, PCM, PPRT, NEXUS, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are also necessary.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience, is required.
