• Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across devices
• Collaborate with product and design teams to refine user experience
• Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to best practices in UI/UX

Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Information Technology, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Applied Mathematics, ect, General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit., * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
• Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with UI prototyping and wireframing
• Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Experience with A/B testing and user research
• Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles
