Network Security Operations Specialist

This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational stabilization across interconnected security platforms and Production Support. The successful candidate will drive critical issues to closure while improving reliability and user connectivity within a challenging network security ecosystem., · Troubleshoot complex network security incidents affecting remote access, VPN connectivity, and user experience.

· Resolve production issues involving Palo Alto Networks, GlobalProtect, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and Tanium platforms.

· Analyze security policy interactions across multiple technologies to identify root causes.

· Partner with client stakeholders and distributed support teams to drive issue resolution.

· Operationalize corrective actions to improve platform stability and service reliability.

· Support Zero Trust initiatives through hands-on administration and troubleshooting of secure access technologies.

· Palo Alto Networks Panorama

· Experience with GlobalProtect, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and Tanium platforms.

· Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
