• Conduct user research and gather feedback
• Develop wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines
• Test and iterate on designs based on user input

General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. • Expertise in responsive design principles
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography
• Ability to create interactive prototypes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

DESIRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with motion design or animations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities
• Understanding of emerging design trends and technologies
