Job description

  • Manage and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments.
  • Configure and administer Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
  • Monitor Active Directory health, replication, and domain controllers.
  • Perform security hardening, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot Active Directory incidents, outages, and performance issues.
  • Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC.
  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IAM Active Directory (AD) Engineer to support enterprise Active Directory infrastructure and identity management services.
