Expert Systems Developer

The Expert Systems Developer will be responsible for executing the full software development life cycle using C#, .NET, PL/SQL, and other technologies. They will work with Microsoft Visual Studio to write code, develop database designs, troubleshoot issues, and mentor other programmers., * Execute full software development life cycle using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, and WCF.

• Prepare scripts for modifying Oracle tables, creating indexes, constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures, and packages.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
• Mentor and assist other programmers in debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications.
• Use Gitlab for version control and work within the IT Service Management System for incident and service request management.
• Coordinate service requests with various ITS Chief Operating Office personnel for releases and changes.
• Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM, escalating critical calls as necessary.
• Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.

• 84 months experience developing web-based applications using C# and/or .NET for n-tier web deployment.
• 84 months experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
• 84 months experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc.
• 84 months experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application''s code to meet those requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Ajax, JavaScript, and Oracle.
