- Deploy laptops, desktops, and endpoint devices at clinical and corporate locations
- Support pilot deployments, full rollouts, and post-deployment activities
- Remove and properly stage legacy equipment during refresh cycles
- Validate deployments for:
- Device connectivity
- Correct physical placement
- Full functionality
- Follow site-specific instructions, schedules, and access requirements
- Document issues and deployment activity in ticketing systems
- Escalate technical or program issues through defined paths
- Maintain professionalism in regulated and patient-facing environments
- Assist with quality assurance checks and site acceptance

Requirements
- 2-5 years of corporate IT, desktop, or field support experience
- Hands-on experience deploying Windows 10 PCs and laptops
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Office 365 / O365
- Experience validating pre-built system images (no image creation)
- Peripheral setup (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice)
- Basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong documentation and ticketing experience

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
