Job description
We are seeking an experienced Deskside Support Technician (Level 1-2) to provide high-touch, in-person IT support to employees, including executive (C suite) users. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless end-user experience across hardware, software, and device lifecycle management in a Microsoft-centric environment Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person, deskside technical support for end users (Level 1-2 issues)
- Deliver white-glove IT support to C suite and senior leadership, ensuring minimal disruption and high professionalism
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Perform laptop imaging, refreshes, and device deployments
- Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system
- Support device and systems management, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate asset management records for laptops and peripherals
- Partner with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed
- Assist with basic reporting and documentation related to devices, tickets, and inventory
Pay Rate: $25-30/HR
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Deskside / Desktop / End User Support (Level 1-2)
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Proven experience providing executive or VIP (C suite) support
- Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
- Comfortable performing laptop imaging, refresh cycles, and asset tracking
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence in high-visibility situations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Azure administration
- Strong Excel skills for reporting, or ability to leverage AI tools to simplify reporting
- Experience in fast-paced, corporate or enterprise IT environments
