Job description
- Support the standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow s ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management Capability modules.
- Integrate third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex IT problems
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Active Secret clearance or greater.
