Requirements
Luxe Brands (https://luxebrandsllc.co)is seeking a detail oriented, problem solving IT Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, the IT Specialist will work with our IT Manager to provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in deploying new systems, and maintain user productivity through responsive service.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of hardware configuration, networking fundamentals, and software administration. This position also requires an effective communicator who successfully collaborates with other departments on special projects and initiatives., * Bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science or 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- 2+ years of administering and troubleshooting common issues with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.).
- 2+ years of administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and security concepts.
- Basic understanding of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Preferred Experience:
- Apple Business Manager and MDM Solutions.
- Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint.
- Industry Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, etc.).
- Working cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
- Administering Business Software Suites (CRM, ERP, Shopify, etc.).
- Experience with scripting or automation (Bash/Zsh, PowerShell, Python, etc.).
