Job description

  • Maintain and support the organization's cybersecurity program while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify, manage, and update digital asset inventories, account access, and cybersecurity documentation.
  • Assess and implement cybersecurity controls across OT, IT, and R&D environments.
  • Install and maintain antivirus software, operating system security updates, and Windows patches.
  • Implement secure network practices by replacing insecure protocols and improving network security.
  • Manage IT/OT asset inventories, network diagrams, and asset lifecycle documentation.
  • Support cybersecurity-related change control activities and software validation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Digital, Operations, and Corporate Cybersecurity teams.
  • Participate in customer and regulatory audits related to cybersecurity and software security.
  • Assist with cybersecurity risk assessments, governance initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • AA/AS Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity or engineering experience in a regulated industry.
  • Experience in FDA-regulated Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and software lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working with IT/OT systems in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing procedures using Change Control practices.
  • Knowledge of GxP guidelines and cybersecurity requirements for operational technologies is highly preferred.
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CRISC are preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Parts 11, 211, and 820 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of computer system validation, cloud computing, software assurance, and data analytics is a plus., * Understanding of industry-accepted software lifecycle programs and relevant IT/OT cybersecurity controls.
  • Strong knowledge of IT/OT systems, preferably within Medical Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Engineering environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement procedures following Change Control practices., * Associate (Required)
