Job description

  • Lead Projects: Provide overarching engineering management, guidance, and task delegation to project staff.
  • Ensure Adherence: Plan and execute engineering activities to meet strict safety, quality, schedule, and budget metrics (PI/SPI).
  • Solve Problems: Proactively identify project roadblocks, analyze alternatives, and deliver optimized mitigation strategies., * Technical Authority: Serve as the discipline lead for I&C scope across EPC projects; review/approve calculations, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
  • System Design: Develop control system architectures, instrument specifications, cause-and-effect matrices, and SCADA/DCS documentation.

Requirements

If you are a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) looking for a high-growth, technically challenging leadership role, we want to hear from you., * Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, or related discipline) from an accredited university.

  • Licensure: Active Professional Engineering (PE) License in the U.S. (with the ability to obtain licensure in other states by comity).

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and supervising engineering and design personnel.

  • Industry Experience: Solid background supporting power generation facilities (Nuclear, Combined Cycle, Fossil, Coal, or Heavy Industrial).

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with clients, utilities, and vendors., * Mechanical: Experience with hydraulic modeling tools like AFT Fathom and AFT Arrow; Autodesk Plant3D, HVAC, or Fire Protection experience is a plus.

  • Electrical: Expertise using OTI-ETAP software and familiarity with IEEE/EPRI standards.

  • Structural: Proficiency with STAAD Pro, MathCad, ANSYS, or SAP2000; seismic analysis experience is highly desired.
