Requirements

  • At a minimum, five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
  • At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design.
  • A Bachelor's degree, * Up to three (3) years of additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum of five (5) years of experience.
  • A minimum of one (1) project with demonstrated experience providing analytical support in a help desk environment utilizing a ticketing system for Public Sector agencies.
  • A minimum of one (1) project with experience working on a large-scale IT project providing help desk analysis and troubleshooting or external and internal stakeholders in a development and operations (DevOps) environment.
