Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 11+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and containerized environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps best practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and cloud platforms to support enterprise applications., * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using monitoring and logging tools.
- Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.
- Manage configuration management tools and automate routine operational tasks.
- Maintain disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend scalable DevOps solutions.
- Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
- Knowledge of networking, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of serverless technologies and cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes security and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or HashiCorp Terraform Associate are a plus., * Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field., * DevOps & CI/CD
