Job description
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Contact Center technologies to support a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable data pipelines, real-time data processing solutions, and cloud-native applications while working with modern Contact Center (CCaaS) platforms., * Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintain data models supporting reporting and analytics.
- Develop real-time streaming solutions using Kafka and Google Pub/Sub.
- Design and support cloud-based Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions.
- Develop and optimize IVR, call-routing, and customer interaction workflows.
- Integrate Contact Center platforms with enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.
- Ensure data quality, security, scalability, and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams to deliver enterprise-scale customer experience solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and processing large datasets.
- Strong experience with Kafka or Google Pub/Sub for real-time event streaming.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Five9 or Genesys Cloud (GECX).
- Experience with Contact Center / CCaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys, IVR, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), and call routing.
- Experience integrating Contact Center platforms with CRM or CTI systems.
- Exposure to Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and containerized applications.
- Experience with AI/GenAI or Customer Experience (CX) analytics is a plus.
