Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing Customer 360 solutions, architecting complex data integration frameworks, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Data Cloud implementations. The candidate should possess strong architectural expertise and be able to drive end-to-end Data Cloud implementations while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders., * Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Design scalable Customer 360 data models, identity resolution strategies, and audience segmentation frameworks.
• Architect ingestion of structured and unstructured data from CRM, ERP, web, mobile, marketing, and third-party platforms.
• Define data harmonization, mapping, transformation, governance, and security standards.
• Design real-time and batch integration architectures using APIs, ETL/ELT tools, middleware, and streaming technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design secure, compliant, and enterprise-grade architectures aligned with organizational standards.
• Enable activation use cases across Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Agentforce, Analytics, and external platforms.
• Provide architectural leadership for AI/ML, personalization, predictive analytics, and Customer 360 initiatives.
• Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and reusable architecture patterns.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution optimization, performance tuning, and technical governance.
• Support solution estimation, technical proposals, RFP responses, and roadmap planning.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and administrators on Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities and best practices.

• 15-20 years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Strong expertise in Customer 360 architecture and enterprise data strategy.
• Experience designing scalable data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, ETL/ELT, middleware, streaming technologies, and data governance.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Agentforce integrations.
• Strong knowledge of security, privacy, consent management, and compliance within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution design skills.
