Job description

Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Engineering Solution Support Lead., * Provide support for engineering solutions including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, simulation, and related systems

  • Manage and resolve user issues through the ticketing system to successful completion
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain system maintenance, upgrade, and support plans
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to improve communication and service delivery
  • Build, train, and mentor a high-performing engineering solutions support team
  • Maintain solution documentation, knowledge bases, and user training materials
  • Support projects focused on improving engineering systems, documentation, and information management

Requirements

  • Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
  • Experience with strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing technologies, including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, and ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware/Azure preferred), databases (MS SQL preferred), and enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments; Aerospace & Defense, ITAR, and ServiceNow experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer support skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
