Job description
Formerly had a long term team member in place for around 20 years in the infrastructure and managed print area. That person had left in August of 2025, and we had another individual in place who didn't work out for us. Will work on a team responsible for Microsoft client infrastructure used in retail and corporate environments and be responsible for a wide variety of endpoint types, but mostly focused on Lexmark and Zebra print infrastructure and management.
Requirements
Seeking a self-motivated IT Engineer with extensive experience in managing diverse hardware types, platforms, and management tools within a large retail enterprise. Supports enterprise printing and endpoint infrastructure across retail and supply chain environments. Responsible for engineering, support, modernization, and lifecycle management of Lexmark and Zebra printer platforms, including firmware management, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness. Partners with infrastructure, deployment, support, and vendor teams to improve device reliability, standardization, and supportability.
Skills Overview:
Experience Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft OS
Experience with Printing, desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Able to work independently as well as with a large team, as required.
Able to communicate effectively - written and verbally, as required.
