Process Engineer - Healthcare Production Support (EDI)

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer Sr. - IT Production Support with 5-7 years of experience supporting healthcare claims processing applications in a production environment. This person will monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs, run SQL queries, and ensure daily batch jobs and claims processing complete successfully. The role is operational rather than development-focused., * Monitor production systems, Jenkins pipelines, and batch jobs.

• Review logs, alerts, and scripts.
• Execute SQL queries to troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate production incidents with multiple teams.
• Support EDI claim processing issues.
• Update documentation and improve operational processes.
• Provide regular production status updates.

• 5-7 years of experience.
• Healthcare claims production support experience.
• Production support/monitoring in healthcare.
• EDI 837 transaction knowledge (999 error knowledge required).
• SQL querying skills.
• Experience reviewing logs, batch jobs, scripts, and SQL queries.
• Dynatrace (preferred monitoring tool).
• Flexibility for on-call and after-hours production support.
• Rotational on-call support (typically one week per month), including weekends and after-hours when needed.
