Data Analyst

Rouse Consulting LLC is a Professional Services firm specializing in the delivery of effective and efficient Program Management and Human Capital Management solutions to Federal government agencies. We specialize in support for the Dod Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo). Our successful track record is built upon a combination of diligence, flexibility, and process, all of which provides a thorough understanding of clients' needs. We are looking for an individual who will serve as as a Data Analyst engaged in Naval activity such as data analysis manipulation and special projects., * Conduct employee engagement throughout the year; serve as employee point of contact for resolution of issues; and provide advice to employees as needed for individual contribution plan and self-assessments;

• Create and modify employee records, electronic appraisal information, and perform analysis regarding compensation by employee class, trending, and employee contribution.
• Keeping data current at all times;
• Provide workforce training, as needed.

• A current Public Trust Certification is a plus or the ability to qualify and obtain for Public Trust Certification;
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs, especially Excel;
• College Degree (Master's preferred); additional industry experience may compensate for Master's Degree
• 3-5 years work experience preferred;
• 1 year Federal Human Resources or Data Analyst experience preferred;
• Former Military or Civil Service welcome., * If you do not have a valid, current DOD Public Trust Clearance, do you have the ability to obtain one?

• Bachelor's (Required)

License/Certification:

• DOD Public Trust Clearance (Preferred)
