Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Security-minded approach with cybersecurity awareness. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID experience. Exchange Online administration. Basic networking knowledge. Experience supporting a HIPAA-regulated environment. PowerShell familiarity.
Benefits & conditions
Standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Very minimal local travel, if any. Occasional laptop deployments requiring lifting of equipment up to 20 lbs. Contract position expected to begin ASAP with a strong possibility of extension based on business needs.
This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys providing hands-on technical support, thrives in a service-oriented environment, and wants to contribute to an organization that supports older adults and the surrounding community. Because of the possibility for fraudulent job postings on many popular job boards, please be advised that Connection will never offer a position of employment without a complete interview process and communication with a "live person."
